Limited Product Warranty – 1 Year
The CTS branded copper and fiber connectivity products that make up the structured cabling connectivity hardware are covered by the warranty for the specified period. The warranty period is for a period of one year from the time of purchase.
Our quality management system facilitates processes and documentation adhering to ISO 9001 quality standards. Our manufacturing facilities have a zero-tolerance to quality deviations and reduces the chance of defects and product recall. Each of our products are subjected to rigorous testing and the certifications obtained guarantees the reliability of the product.
Should any warranty-related claims arise, we are duty bound to work with the concerned party. We work closely with our support team of expert product managers, engineers, QC department and distribution allies for quick resolution of the matter.
System Performance Warranty – 25 Years

With these operational initiatives, Cenfra Telco Systems is providing a 25-year limited performance warranty to enhance customer trust and satisfaction. This performance warranty assures end-users that with CTS solutions, your system infrastructure is protected against disruptions and your interests are protected.
Warranty certificate is issued to the end-user after registration and careful audit of the installed system. The warranty issued is applicable in accordance with the ratified ANSI/TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801 series standards at the time of installation. System warranty applies to all installations executed only by Cenfra Telco Systems certified Installers. End-users must promptly raise warranty claims by a written submission of the claim form to the customer support team. Redressal to warranty claims is done upon the submission of test reports from CTS appointed audit team.
